What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in is available from 3pm, rooms should be vacated by 11am. Our reception desk is staffed 24 hours per day so even if you arrive late at night or need to depart very early in the morning, the team at The Maiden City Hotel will be available to take care of you.
Is the hotel wheelchair friendly?
The hotel is fully accessible for guests who are wheelchair users or who have limited mobility. We have ramp access into the main entrance and lift access throughout.
We have 2 bedrooms located on the second floor which are adapted for ease of access, including walk in showering facilities.
Are travel cots available for infants?
We have a number of travel cots available which are suitable for children under the age of 3. We advise that all guests make us aware of their requirements at time of booking as we cannot guarantee availability on arrival.
Do you offer travel adaptors and other guest supplies on site?
Our Reception team at the Maiden City Hotel will be happy to help with sourcing items you may need during your stay such as adaptors, transformers and bathroom supplies

Where can I find directions to the hotel?
Our website offers assistance with directions, simply enter the postcode of the destination you will be travelling from and you will be given directions.
Is Wireless Internet available in the hotel?
Complimentary Wi-Fi access will be available for all guests. Should you require any assistance with gaining access please speak to our Team.
Are smoking rooms available?
No, to comply with legislation The Maiden City Hotel is a non-smoking facility. No smoking or vaping is permitted within the building.
