Check in is available from 3pm, rooms should be vacated by 11am. Our reception desk is staffed 24 hours per day so even if you arrive late at night or need to depart very early in the morning, the team at The Maiden City Hotel will be available to take care of you.

The hotel is fully accessible for guests who are wheelchair users or who have limited mobility. We have ramp access into the main entrance and lift access throughout.

We have 2 bedrooms located on the second floor which are adapted for ease of access, including walk in showering facilities.

We have a number of travel cots available which are suitable for children under the age of 3. We advise that all guests make us aware of their requirements at time of booking as we cannot guarantee availability on arrival.

Our Reception team at the Maiden City Hotel will be happy to help with sourcing items you may need during your stay such as adaptors, transformers and bathroom supplies
